o You may email me with thoughts, questions and updates.
o I send you information for you to read in your own time, so that our coaching sessions are used more efficiently.
o I set tasks, depending on what your needs are at the time.
o I hold you accountable for your tasks and goals.
o I respond to all emails within 1 business day.
